I was in pain and unable to eat for days due to my denture rubbing my gum sore. I sent my husband to Konikoff to get me an appointment and they gave him the earliest appointment possible. I was given to Dr Joe and his assistant Barbara. They were both very pleasant and caring. I was able to eat my lunch and dinner that same day. Thank you Dr Joe & Barbara. I had a great experience and I highly recommend their team.

I rate the the dental hygiene experience 5 stars, outstanding! My struggle is with the customer service experience. I called a few days prior to my appointment to confirm that it will be covered by insurance. The representative said that it would, and I thought that means when my appointment is over, I don't pay a penny. When I checked out at the end, it turned out that I owed a balance for treatment that day. Yes, my insurance was accepted there, but only COVERED a percentage of the visit. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have not agreed to the service. I paid half of my bill, because that's all that I can afford and canceled the next appointment, because I was so frustrated. A word to the wise, before your appointment starts, make sure that your services are FULLY covered by insurance, and that there are no additional costs. I learned that lesson the hard way.

I've been going to Konikoff for not than 20 years. I've always received excellent care. This experience was no exception. I went in because a filling had fallen out. The condition of the tooth required a crown. Doctor Mattioli and her assistant were caring and efficient as always. While the process took two hours, i always felt like i was the center of their attention. I was fitted with a temporary crown and scheduled for putting in my permanent crown.

I recently had a dental filling procedure performed a few days ago. I was quite nervous about the procedure and working with a new dentist. Dr. Jeff Stolk was excellent throughout the process. He was very professional, explaining each step of the procedure and ensuring I was as comfortable as possible. He also prioritized my health by taking into account my blood pressure, waiting until it was within a safe range before proceeding with the filling. Overall, I am pleased with the results and with my experience with Dr. Stolk. Thank you, Dr. Stolk, you are amazing!

Dr. Joe is awesome! His attention to detail while caring for my dental care has always been a great experience. Its always about the care with him while ensuring the cost is kept at a minimum. Wonderful personality. He makes you feel welcoming and not like a customer. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is always clean and cared for. Simpley amazing even after 25 years getting my family dental cared for at this location.
